Factory Assembly
Components, panels, frames and modular units are built to exacting standards within a controlled factory environment giving precision, consistency and accuracy around material quantities and costs. Additionally, materials can be stored safely in a dry controlled environment so as they are not perished by adverse weather conditions.
Site Installation
95% of the build is completed off site within a controlled factory environment, this process provides significant time savings on installation. Schedules and costs can be accurately calculated while on site materials can be kept to a minimum during the installation. Another big advantage is that the supplier of the units is responsible for the factory build, delivery and on site commissioning.
This systemised solution removes the need to manage trades or main contractors through a lengthy build schedule and allows innovative developers such as SDG the opportunity to manage a structured and systemised process without the need for years of large scale construction experience.
